Verify Paypal?

Hey everybody, I've been lurking around these forums looking at the many good strategies provided here. The only problem I have is no paypal. I'm one of those unfortunate people who don't have the time to go make a bank account or get a credit card and probably won't be able to for a couple of months because I'm too busy with studies. So I was wondering if there was a way to create a Paypal w/o cc or bank acc. A WORKING way. I've tried the Etrade strategy which was banned. There was also another website that required confirmation by taking pictures/sending documents to receive your cc but I don't have time for that either. I need a quick solution. One that doesn't require sending info to them. This is going to be temporary for me until I go on break from school. Then i'll finally grab a cc or bank :\. I have lots of money waiting for me on a couple of sites and I'm rather eager to cash them out. Any solutions/methods to verify Paypal without an actual cc or bank acc? Thanks.

Does my paypal become limited once my vcc is expired? And how much do those normally cost?

One more thing. I read about Paypal limiting accounts that became verified using vcc's. Is this still happening and how do I prevent this?

A VCC should do it and afaik it wont get limited once it is approved. Pricing is 10-20$ and you can find some reputable sellers here in the BST section.

I have 3 CC's but to verify my PP account I used a VCC that I can create from my bank account. Never had a problem or limitations.

If you buy a VCC well it's 20$ at risk, it doesn't work bad luck. it works and you can cash out 200$ or more who cares?
Need a sure way: get a real CC or BA, else it's gambling with odds a tiny bit in your favor.

Just get vvc and you can verify paypal !

You need an AVS VCC and a bank account helps for sure. However unless in quantity an AVS VCC does
not come to cheap by itself.
