very "dramatic" for Non-USA writer... i have 2 account with ready paid... but my account unverified... i`m from Asia.. just need someone help me... Keep The Fighting...
Here's my problem is same as like you, i had two account unverified & iam searching for the people who would help me to verify (2) accounts.

I have an approach I want to try with AC and was looking to create up to 8 accounts initially. I've got a US skype number - anyone know if I can just use one number for all 8 accounts?
Seems like the process on their end is automated (receive a code) but sure this approach might not get it done.
If I need to I have people in the US I can ask to help...

also someone above mentioned that they put foreign number and they verified that also.
so its just a dummy measure to scare off people such as some of the above folks who replied in the thread that hell has broken loose and we should all run.

You can be one step ahead of this. To verify all your accounts, just bring a phone you have that you can access AC on, go to your local verizon/sprint/etc etc and just write down the phone numbers at that place and verify all your accounts at the store
(You'd need to use a mobile proxy though, so it would probably be just easier to buy gophones or whatever and chuck them once you verify.nolanofeast

Man, I am from Romania. Verified my account with my phone number (non US). I wrote 2 articles and received upfront payment to my personal romanian paypal account.
The only thing I done was put a fake US address.
For anyone who wants proof PM and I will send you a print screen.

Sorry I misunderstood you. I've just done the same. While verifiyng my ac account with us adress i simply choosed polish number and gave my phone number.
It will work because ac allows us residents who live outside us to post their article for upfront payment.
