Better start creating your own fake account with the name, address etc that you want and verify after a week or so by a BankOfAmerica VBA (Virtual Bank Account), they are selling in this forum. Don't forget to keep the login cookies but get rid the flash ones. I use for this purpose a portable Firefox with the right plugins, one for every fake account. Hope these helped.

I sell verified PayPal accounts (see my sales thread by clicking on my sig) however we sell it as a bundle - both PayPal and EBay tog (both accounts are registered with the same info so you could start selling straight away)
