I guess you would need more than 2 accounts and Also they need to feel your acvount should be verified since its not like we can request it.
I Found one facebook marketing partner some weeks ago, he ask some money in advance for one ticket submission for verify instagram
So i speak with one friend with money and they try this services, today he become verified on instagram, he have 100k + followers on IG and also pay for get 15k cheap likes on 9 photos + 5k comments

He scammed my friend on 2 accounts claiming he can merge them. I have all the proof you need.
Just remember this 2 simple things: He will ask you for your password even for verifying or merging accounts. NEVER GIVE YOUR PASSWORD.
2nd thing: If he asks for password ask him to SCREENSHOT the fields in 'the form' showing where the entry field requires the password to be entered.
