Verification of instagram account

Ok so apparently i created a new account and i started following abiut 40 people and got 10 followers back...
now instagram is asking me to verify the account and is asking phone verification but i dont get any sms on my number and i have tried around 6-7 different numbers with +91,+0091,+0 etc etc in the starting but nothing seems to work?any ideas how to hurdle this?

Are these numbers from the internet? Ask your friends, or family members.

No they are not from the internet , i have tried all my family members phone numbers too!
