Yes you can start a new Venmo account just need erase the old data off phone & use new banking details ..etc

You can get a free bank account it called pockit ..
You can stealth that aswell .
Becouse it online and card go to a address and a name you pic ...
If you dont use the card let it go idele can attach another source to get the cash out via online......

I dont think there restrictions haveing someone paying in cash to a account , have to ask there support or google i can not see any problems at all ...
I use to put my money in my girlfriends account so dont see any reason why not ...

does anyone else have issues using venmo as a payment on a few of the apps that accept venmo they never go through im assuming its venmo blocking it.

Good luck, Venmo is owned by PayPal. PayPal can be a real pain in the ass most of the time if you violate their TOS.
