Vendor Incentives for Affiliates

Just in the process of having my first product approved by CB. I'm a generous person and like to reward people for great work, so I'm wondering as an affiliate what kind of things would you like to be rewarded with for making X amount of sales? Are there any other promotional ideas you could give me?

eg. First affiliate to reach X amount of sales gets $X?

High commission and conversions is it. Everything else is a short term gimmick. If you can put together a tour that converts better than everything else on CB and pays well then I'll promote it all day. If I want a free Xbox or whatever then I'll just buy one.

I do offer a 75% commission and provide heaps of affiliate resources that can be used. Maybe I'll just give out bonuses for those that are making some decent sales, but I won't advertise it or anything.

Well, if you're the honest and kind type.. you could really give some monetary rewards to your affiliates whom makes the most sales.
Like first to make 100 sales will get $1,000 reward.

But if you want to whip your affiliates to fight for heavy sales and on the same time you would like to save your real money, you could easily bluff your affilaites that you are giving away free iPads and such if they were to achieve certain sales within a period of time.

For example, the top 3 affiliates to make the most sales by the end of this month will get iPads. But when the time really comes, you could easily bullshit and say the top 3 affiliates are someone else with fictitious names.

Honestly, invest in testing and just make sure it converts well.

What would be better would be to say that anyone who makes 100 sales in 'x' days gets 100% commission.
