Vendor - How do I attract affiliates?

I'm taking a step towards being a vendor with Clickbank and JVZoo. After doing a few product launches I realized I didn't have the resources, email lists, etc do get those huge sales earnings that I had hoped. I am working on an eBook about how to make money. I don't want to get to specific but I'm including videos and offering several different packages for all price levels.

My questions is, how do I go about attracting affiliates that will want to promote this for me. I'm new to IM and as a result no one knows who I am nor do I know who is who. I'd like to launch my product in a few weeks once I finish editing the videos. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get people to want to be affiliates with me?

I guess for those that want to be an affiliate pm me. However, this post is NOT intended to get me affiliates from BHW. I simply want to know whats the best way to find potential affiliates.

Advertise to get affiliates? What do you mean exactly? I'm not against spending money as I already have.

Must look at this from the affiliate perspective. Why would they promote? I'm sure there are people here who would promote but you need to ensure them how would they profit from it or why would anybody buy the book. How would this book help someone, convince them, convince them more etc. Good wording helps a lot. Start like that and.. multiply everywhere.
