VCC ( statement checking available ) for fb ads ?

Hi guys. I need a vcc provider which has no verification needed ( or just need to enter ssn ) and can fund money via paypal or sth else but not card or bank transfer.
Anyone sell these kind of vcc or know which provider got it pls tell me.
