VCC needed for Facebook

Hi there guys , upon suggestion of members of this group I made movo app to create VCC and added funds to it but the card seemed to give an error while inputting the card details on facebook payment settings. Is there any one else who is using MOVO app to use it VCC for fb ads and can you please suggest a solution to this problem and suggest other ways to counter it!

The Movo card needs to be the same billing address of your faceboob ad account
