VBA question!?!

Ok so let's say I withdrew my money from my paypal to a USA VBA account. How the hell do I withdraw the money from my VBA account? I need to know this before I consider purchasing a VBA account. I'm not a noob, I've made a ton of money online and now my PP account has been limited with my actual bank account attached to it. Now I'm looking to start from scratch with a brand new paypal account and a VBA attached to it. Can somebody tell me how VBAs can help me access my money? Thank you
