(Vaspar) Order not completed and keeps delaying the refund

    On October 6, I bought the "High Profitable Authority Niche Sites 3+ CPC[100 Articles] Starting $50" from @Vaspar .

    He repeatedly failed to deliver on his own set deadlines. He never gave an update without me having to ask for one. The bit of a "delivery" he did (after I "threatened" him with a shitlist posting) was very poor and not as he promised. I was very patient and understanding but at this point, I´m sick of his excuses so I wanted a refund. He accepted to refund me but now he also keeps sending excuses for not refunding me...

    Proof of the conversations is attached. (not all because I can just upload 10 files)

    I ordered 2 Authority sites from him on 28th August (Yes - August), with 14 day TAT and they're not completed yet.

    He did message me to say he has been sick and will be completing them soon. I think he should really adjust the expected delivery date - I don't mind waiting a bit, but 2 months (When 2 weeks is promised) takes the pi55.

    On Wednesday he told me he can refund within 24hours.

    Now I just got the "I don't have money on my account" excuse via PM.... again!

    "so i will refund please give me time . because this time my account blance is nill i will arrange to my friend please give me time ."

    Yesterday he said:

    "i have arrange your refund payment my will send in today $60 so i can easly refund in today."

    So I don´t know what his plan is, he still sales his gig on here so there must be money on his account. And also he keeps on lying.

    Stop taking orders until you sort these issues out. This is not the first time you have been Shitlisted, but I am not happy that you are robbing Peter to pay Paul by juggling funds and using new clients money to refund unhappy buyers.

    I'd prefer the sites to be completed over a refund, as I know Vaspar has put some work into them and I want to use them.

    If you can prioritise them please that would be appreciated as they are very overdue.

    I can see he instructed PayPal to do a repayment but the status on PayPal is: "open - Expected availability date: 6th November 2019"

    Given his history of not having money to refund and his ongoing excuses, I would like to keep the thread open until the payment is really credited to my PayPal account if that is okay? I would give an update as soon as I receive the money.

    No worries there, this is staying open.

    Someone has actually contacted me asking if the screenshot is actually genuine. If you can see some sort of refund showing in your account, please let me know.

    I´m not sure if the pic is fake or not, the sentence "an email with refund..." doesn´t sound like correct English to me (I´m not a native speaker so I could be wrong) I also didn´t get an email from Paypal.

    But as I said, I can see in my Paypal account, that the Refund Status is PENDING but I didn´t receive any money yet.
