He was online after my previous post ( 3 hours ago ). I guess his intentions are pretty clear. He has gained enough money that he doesn't need BHW anymore. He'll simply create a new ID and buy membership again, and faking identity is no biggie, everyone knows this already.
So I guess refunds are not an option anymore, nor banning him would help the ones who got scammed.
The best part is, he just banned me on Skype because I was reporting his activity here
People are still buying and contacting him from his main thread because he has already provided his contact details in the first post. That content should be hidden because he's still scamming persons who aren't much aware of his activities.

You do not know if they are buying from him and as it stands BHW marketplace rules allow that to be in place during a live SL thread.

None of his trades were via BHW, he took everyone off the platform, how can you track if new people are still contacting him via his main thread?

At this point we cannot but I cannot remove the contact info per marketplace rules + you do not know what business was conducted via PM.
I have access to his PM box though.
You are taking this to drama level 4 now.
Please let the staff do what they can to work this out.

You ordered @UstaUser to refund everyone, he asked for 72 hours. Now 12 hours have been passed since his last deadline and we're still here discussing it. I'm not doubting you or your abilities, I'm just saying that what should we expect now? I've lost my money, I have the right to argue about it.
