Using teamviewer for outsourcing

In the past I have had employees lie to me about working. So I have resorted to using teamviewer.

The thing is I want to set teamviewer so that it will connect to my employees at the time they start working every day, is it possible to set that up?

As well as any other suggestions?

You could, if you talk about it with your workes, install a trojan so you can log in and out whenever you want to. Although, teachers here have a remote looking(?) software so they can see the student's computers on their own, I'll see if I can find out what it's called.

can you install this without users permission? silent install? not that i would ever DREAM of doing such a thing

Not sure about that, I've not tried it. I'll chat to my network guru and see if he has a suggestion. I'll pm you if it can work.

I believe i have tried it like 7 years ago and yeah.. it works if i'm not wrong..

This is very good, what I do is pay my team by the piece, not by the hour. This makes it easier to track, no problems with black outs, slowing down their machine.
