Using teamviewer for outsourcing

In the past I have had employees lie to me about working. So I have resorted to using teamviewer.

The thing is I want to set teamviewer so that it will connect to my employees at the time they start working every day, is it possible to set that up?


As well as any other suggestions?

You could, if you talk about it with your workes, install a trojan so you can log in and out whenever you want to. Although, teachers here have a remote looking(?) software so they can see the student's computers on their own, I'll see if I can find out what it's called.

I believe i have tried it like 7 years ago and yeah.. it works if i'm not wrong..

i have a powerful computer, and I setup virtual machines on VMware, and I give each machine to the employee with teamviewer on it, and I monitor them all directly on my screen. This way you don't have to share any software with them, and you can make sure they don't send any files in or out without your knowledge.

This is very good, what I do is pay my team by the piece, not by the hour. This makes it easier to track, no problems with black outs, slowing down their machine.
