As also indicated by
@VitalyProkofiev , using weebly, wix, etc domains (sub-domains), is nowadays a "hit or miss" scene as far as Google Ads is concerned. Hence, for chances of higher success, it is better to spend a few (US) dollars and get a domain + cheap hosting and create your landing page.
If it is going to be for a niche in which affiliate marketing is penetrated, then bear the following points in mind (for chances of higher success) :-
1) It is also advisable to have privacy policy, T&Cs.
2) Make the landing page to have atleast 1500 words and do not copy content from somewhere else (oh, yes, Google Ads
algorithms do judge this aspect nowadays).
3) Let the "tone" of the landing page be an informational "tone" and not a sales "tone", not a marketing "tone" (oh, yes, Google Ads
algorithms do judge this aspect nowadays, in niches in which affiliate marketing is penetrated).
