Hello, recently i got banned from my stripe. the only solution is joint venture with someone else. i was wondering if i use someone else's payment processing account or paypal, would it be considered tax fraud even if i have permission from that person? shouldnt they calculate tax from their name?

As i know when signing up for paypal/stripe they ask for tax ID specifically to track income coming from your name. so technically if im using someone else's processor they would need to pay tax.

Yes, using someone else's payment processor could still raise legal and tax issues, as the income generated would technically belong to that person, and they are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on it.
