Using same browser for paypal stealth account

Use a tool like multi-login and buy some proxies too. This will be of much help not only for Paypal but for other stuff too.

Tell your proxy provider that you need proxies for using with Paypal. Also, buy only dedicated proxies or better, go with residential proxies if you got stash.
