What do you guys think of writing posts on Reddit (Own subreddit) and Quora (own space) to promote offers?

Do these rank and get traffic or it's a waste of time.

They do rank and that's how they get billions of impressions. They don't create content themselves it's people like you and me.

However, on these sites you need to harness their social mechanism. You can't just hide and post from a dark corner. You need to interact/post/comment on niche sub-reddits and other spaces. For that, your content needs to good.

I use Reddit as a parasite but still can't get to rank for the keywords I want but still get traffic from it

Do you post in your own subreddit ?
If you post in other people's subreddits, how do you insert links since most of them don't allow links?

You can either cross-post from your own subreddit or enter your link(s) as a comment.

Only to my subreddit the traffic to my posts are all organic

I'm using Quora and give answers to my niche relevant questions but not getting views :(

i have few quora spaces and is almost autopilot traffic, you can queue posts from rss

What kind of offers do you promote this way? As in, how can you monetize the traffic going to a Quora/reddit post?

For reddit traffic you need to find a way to leech traffic from other subreddits. The platform itself already has immense traffic. Think about it as doing onpage SEO and interlinking posts instead of trying to rank on google search.

You can use a tool like gummysearch to find relevant subreddits to what you want to post

Last year I tried quora space for three weeks doing daily content curation git only 8 followers and 208 pending invites till today.
But was bombarded with emails from big space groups invitation, but they not become followers at my space, I nit uuderstand quora....how get traffic from my space with few followers to my website?

Is rss feed today ab good method to get traffic or outdated?

It's definitely NOT a waste of time but you need to do your keyword research.
Go with reddit... quara's mods and such, pain in the arse.
With reddit:
* Use an aged account with karma (over 1k), if you don't have one then buy it for a few bucks. You need age and karma to cross-post.
* Prepare your optimised article and post.
* Hmmm... you need some link juice flowing to your article... right? OK, now create a few articles/guides in the same niche (without linking anywhere) and start cross-posting these articles as much as you can. This way, reddit link juice will flow towards your subreddit and profile aa internal reddit links are d0follow.

In a similar way, I use reddit for keyword research.

buy an aged karma reddit account for cheap where to go? But the account should be related to your website niche.
Can you insert in the reddit profile your website link or your instagram link?

I get traffic from posts ranking in the search engines giving me about 50000 pageviews per month
About 100 subscribers
Nice, I thought you mainly get traffic from your subreddiit. Good. how many articles on your site?
