Using proxies with Paypal?

I'm looking for a way/tool to change my IP address to that of a specific city. I have a paypal account that was created and primarily used in a different city than my own and I don't want to get locked out by logging in from a totally different city.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If it's a different city but in the same country, you're fine.

Story of someone i know.

Created Paypal Account with Pakistan IP (altough pakistan is banned)
Received Funds while logged in with Pakistan IP
Accidentally logged in with a USA Proxy IP
Sent Funds with the Proxy IP
Proxy stopped working (instantproxies, ip was whitelisted, still dont know why, i gave it to him)
Logged in again with Pakistan IP
Received Funds
Sent Funds with Pakistan IP

Account is still alive, i wonder why.

I accidentally logged in with a Chinese IP once and had to send them proof of my location. It was frustrating. Never had an issue while traveling.

So even if I create a payment transfer from a different city, it won't be flagged as suspicious by paypal?

this, i don't think either that paypal would really care about the city, just the country
but if you're that concerned, go to the proxies for sale section, find a provider who offers proxies by location and let him know that you want a proxy from a specific city to use it with paypal, but it's not even sure at all, that there are proxies available for your city

Yeah, you're fine. I used to transfer from Paypal in different US cities. It's when you proxy from another country that you start raising flags.
