Using Proxies For Better Auto Blogs and Backlinks

Ok guys as alot of you know i have been asking a bunch of noob questions in order to learn more about making my im empire... ok i have this program that creates blogger blogs on the fly for me....there are two programs i use for this
easy blogger creator pro(check around this forum), and the other is a program i had made for me...

first off i know absolutely nothing about proxies, i know nothing about how they really work so please excuse me in advanced..

ok heres my question....when creating these blogs will using a free proxy actually hide me from anybody.

what is the benefit of using a paid private proxy?

how do i get geo proxies??

Paid private proxy are faster, more secure, more stable. And they are unique, so that means not 231535 people are using the proxy for their purposes..

if you make a blog and put arround 10 new messages per day
you need to change ip each time please ?

or make a blog empire use 1 ip put 1 message per blog in your blog empire and after change ip please?

well heres my thought i figured i would use a proxy for each blogger account i make and then i can make sometimes 2, sometimes 3, sometimes 4 blogs per account. but im stuck if i get proxies wont it look stupid if lets say:

i buy 20 proxies
i build 20 accounts
i start using those same proxies for 20 more accounts???

or should i buy more proxies or start using free proxies???
