It really all depends on what you are going to be doing with them and how many of them you will be logging in with on a daily basis.

How many Instagram accounts can be in a single, normal sized household? That's the number what you can use safely on the same ip. How safely? It depends on your actions. Those accounts will be tied together by the ip, which means you need to proceed with whatever you do them with that in mind.
So with that in mind I have to pva all of them accounts with different numbers !

Let's say I will be doing follow unfollow 30 at a time twice a day that makes it 60 a day,
Daily simply growing my accounts
And adding affiliate links once account is grown enough.
and posting 20 posts a day on a new account from day first would it work or get me banned ?
Remember Instagram allows 5 accounts per device in their official app
So can I I PVA all of the 5 accounts with same phone number ?
