Hi,
Being nonresident US citizen from an unsupported country I was able to get my Stripe up and running without a hitch. (I signed up as solo proprietor but I don't think that's the issue)
But I didn't realize I was using the local IP address to log in. the guides never mentioned this! nor did my stupid head realize this!
Next day, I get a notification from Stripe that they will be shutting down my account 14 days from now. They took issue with the fact that I was logging in from an unsupported country.
Now they're asking me for TWO things, or else they will shut down the account!
i) consistent login activity from USA (easy)
ii) US document such as utility bill or similar to confirm the listed address (impossible given I'm not from the US)
What should I do?
Should I ditch this account and start over?
OR should I continue using this account but with a US IP address and pretend this whole thing never happened?
