I just installed the EazyAzon Pro plugin for my niche site and am signing up for the non-US Amazon Associates accounts. Does anyone know if you can just select payment as direct deposit to your US bank checking account even though it says "bank location: Canada" (or wherever you're signing up for). The other options are an Amazon.ca gift card or by "cheque". Which do you guys typically choose?
