Using Cheap Android Phones & VPN Apps Instead Of A Computer & Proxies For Multiple Accounts?

Is this possible? I found cheap Android phone in the US that I can get for $19.99 and up. I was planning on buying a few with NO SIM cards just be home or somewhere with wifi.

Then instead of all the accounts coming from my "home wifi" just use VPN app from goog play store. Either free VPN or paying for a subscription.

Would that work? Or would the VPNs be flagged? Even if they were flagged it would only be needing a phone verification right? I'd already have the phone so I'd only need a SIM then right?

Could I even run 20ish accounts on each phone by using the device ID changing app and different VPN apps??

Quick question though; I already bought a small pack of good proxies from a seller here. Could I still buy an Android phone and do what I was saying by instead of VPN from an app use my purchased proxies with an Android phone?

Any public/shared vpn would get you banned.
You can buy a bot for multiple accounts and then proxies.

You can use bought proxies on your Android.
but if each phone costs you $19.99 I'd recommend buying a $10 bot and $15 VPS and it will have the ability to add unlimited number accounts
