Because there is so much money to be made by shaking down corporations and governments. There's lots of "diversity" positions that pay over $100K a year, that's not even counting organizations that take in donations to promote diversity while paying the founders a good salary/benefits. Just hiring people and paying people based on their experience and knowledge isn't going to make a lot of people wealthy.

There's already a ratings and review system in place, which is gender and ethnicity neutral and promotes shopping based on how good of a business it is.

Its a crazy world...getting crazier by the day...
