Using AdSense on Warez site?

I am not really sure if this question goes here but I searched in the forum and found some old similar questions on this topic so I will try posting it here.

As you maybe know, I have a "building niches" journey. They are a mix of affiliate and AdSense sites. Now I am building a warez site and meanwhile I was analyzing the competence, I found a lot of them are using AdSense to monetize it (some others are using AdSense plus other networks but in general everyone is using AdSense).

I can understand some of them can be "noob" people but some of the sites are really big and old so I suppose they know what they do. Is it safe to use AdSense on this kind of sites? Or are they just risking their accounts (or buying a disposable AdSense account)?

I thought AdSense terms said explicitly this kind of sites are not allowed...

My suggestion you go through Adsense policies (Terms of Use & stuff).

If they comply by your site then why not apply them?!! And many sites uses adsense and additional other agencies too. Its not uncommon.
 
I read it that is why I was not sure. They say they don't allow copyrighted material but... those sites are not hosting those files on their servers, just linking to another website to download them.

Anyway, I think I will use another ads network (anyone know a good network that allows warez sites?), I don't want to risk the AdSense account since I use it for a lot other sites and YouTube accounts (maybe in a future I could buy another one to use just on this site and test)
 
Don't think any will officially allow it. Either you need one that will look the other way or you need some sort of cloaking to stop reviewers seeing your warez content.

A website where people share links to download software, courses or similar thinks usually paid for free :/ That is the reason of my question, I don't understand it, maybe it is just in my country or maybe they are sharing files with a GPL license or something, I have to keep researching.

If you have doubt then don't risk it.
 
you can not use adsence of that type of website .

but yes it does exists but there a real deep reason most of them websites are hacker owned the google algo dont scare them , they actually use google as there banks .

we are talking 3rd world country hackers that read for hours and got phd in computers but aginst policys like google ...

it be a challenge to keep your account alive like the one's you see

know and then you see these type of hackers get caught on the news .

it not 1 website there a farm load
 
I would not risk my accouny on a warez website.

Well, buddy it's not allowed according to Adsense. No need to research. But still you can try, you can run it untill you get caught. Stay under the radar.
 
Thanks for all your answers! It is my first site like it (as you maybe have thought :p). I am not going to risk my AdSense account, so I won't use it. Also, I have thought a twist that maybe allow me to do something similar without being it warez, I will try and once I know if it works, I will update my journey.
