Hi, can I create new Adsense account from different country IP, which is different from country of residence which I will set in Adsense setting? Let's say I will set Adsense country as Pakistan in which I live but I will use US IP to create Adsense. Is it safe?
Ip address does not matter, you will put your name, address on your adsense account. You will need to provide address proof, adsense will send an opt via mail to your physical address. You need adsense approval too.
