I'm from another country and i have issues running a us facebook account without getting banned , my purpose of using the us account is to advertise on the marketplace

Is there a way to use a us facebook account from another country without getting banned

What kind of advertising content you're currently posting? I'm using the service from this guy exiscale.com you can look them up. The honest truth is you can't really avoid getting banned by Facebook completely, as there will be a certain period of time that Facebook goes harshly on scanning accounts...just need to have a back up plan in set and you'll be good.
 
Use VPS + US proxy, that will help you not get banned again
 
Antidetect browser + residential static proxy (proxy location should match the city you're posting in). You can post in other cities too once you have gained good trust.

Or use a Windows VPS
 
Use proxy us to change the IP address there. Your old accounts have been banned so your original IP address as well as your browser device parameters are also blacklisted. So use a combination of antidetect browser and proxy, to avoid account ban

Have you tried using a proxy yet?
 
Using VPS Singapore + Proxy US, the account will be less likely to be down
 
If you can get someone to open the account and verify the account for you in the USA, OR
Use a US proxy, buy a US phone number to verify.
 
Either get a US account with a US proxy yourself or you can rent one. I rent mine from ExiScale and its been running fine on marketplace.
