I am targeting viewers in a different country on tiktok but my iphone XR has stopped working. Can I use an iphone 8 plus for my account with the same sim card and proxy setup or would tiktok detect this? I don’t want a shadowban. Any advice would be great.

No, you should be fine, as long as you come in from the same IP

Using the same IP address is generally safe, and TikTok won't shadowban your account just for this reason. However, if you're managing multiple TikTok accounts, consider using an antidetect browser with a proxy for added protection

Using an iPhone 8 Plus with the same SIM card and proxy setup for your TikTok account should generally be fine
I have one other account but only ever log into it from a different device (ipad)

I personally wouldn't run a VPN if you're already on an iPhone and using a proxy
