user:socialpanda scammed me for a paypal account

hi so bought an account recently from vipjr user called socialpanda.I put a post out that I am looking for an aged paypal account and he replied too me. I talked with him on skype seemed like a nice guy responed fast with every message and showed the paypal account trough screenshots.

so I decided too buy the account of him he wanted the payment trough skrill, I was okay with that. so I send him the money and straight away there was a problem. He tells me that he cant receive money. eventough the transaction clearly says that its accepted by him. so then he said wait 1 hour. I waited 1 hour and then he said wait 6 hours and then from then on he has been either saying wait 1 hour or I am sending right know.I assume that he is a bot or something because he has the same replies over and over again.

his last message was that he cant send me the paypal account because there is a dispute going on so I he said he will refund me the money. I really think he has scammed me because he has been replying the same way as before. ''wait'' , ''sending now'' , ''sending in 1 hour'' , ''sending in 5 min'' etc..

I send him a message trough skype before I wrote this and he replied me with the same thing wait sending in 5min.

the last thing i want is to open a shit list on a user here, but this user https://www.blackhatworld.com/members/socialpanda.1076524/ has leave me no choice i posted a thread looking for youtube account with legit followers he contacted me and we proceeded to communicate over on skype, i agreed to pay half of $260 by bitcoin so we can deal faster (my bad on this) with contingency that i will only pay when he is online to thread shortly after paying he disappeared he then return to inform me that he is in the office and will send me logins when he gets home in a few hours since then he is online on skype and has stopped replying my messages

Please post screen shot evidence of the issues.

@Bestcreaters thats right he has been doing that too me since 19th of september which was the date of the transaction. he keeps on giving the same excuses over again and over again. I tried to talk to him today left him a few messages no reply at all. he has been online the whole day. he is clearly a scammer and thinks he can get away by scamming on this forum easily with his vip jr status.

i sent an add REQ to the guy on skype - he added me, left this message
with no reply but he hasnt blocked me, yet. so ide say he knows
will update if he replys/blocks me

he is aware of the thrade as i sent him a link as well never bother to reply

thanks mod we have not yet receive a response on the status of this situation with socialpanda its been almost two weeks the user clearly is aware of this thrade as he is online every single day on skype and haven't come here since day i sent him my shit list thrade link regard

He has not been here since this thread went live and there are some members who have contributed some information that makes us think that he has full intentions to scam you as they have done some digging for the forum.

If you want to PM me his Skype username I'll try and get him to communicate with me.

He took money from me as well for amazon reviews and then disappeared. Not much as I just did a test order of 10 reviews but he took the money and then disappeared. I sent him this thread on S kype, and he read the message so he's very aware of it. Lesson learned!
