User MossB cheated me.

Hello guys
User MossB took from me andvance to paypal for deal what we did here on forum on PM.
After when got paypal payment stop answer me, not made ordered work. Stolen money.
Please be carefull with him, and not send him any money upfront. I took him because I saw had around 100 post on forum and 10 likes , he looks like trust user but...life...It was only 3$ for begining for work but always cheater is cheater.....

Today he tried again cheat me, he sent me mp3 which found in internet. He can't send me screenshot of receipt because he not bought it. Please ban this cheater user.
