There are services in the forum which you can leverage to extract user ids in Instagram. You may want to post in the WTB or Hire a freelancer forum.
This is for Facebook, not Instagram.
Can you recommend a one and how to use it?
Tried to look for one, but so far non of them is still working now. If you know of a one that is still working, share its name please.

https://github.com/harismuneer/Ultimate-Facebook-Scraper looks like something for you, haven't used that script tho personally. I can't teach you how to use it as its a big job if you don't know coding. If you know coding with Python then it will be pretty straight forward
