User @hashcoders Scammed me!

Hi, Dear Respected BHW Moderators. My English Language is not so good. SO for that I apologize if any language mistakes !
I opened a topic to buy a verified paxum account. @hashcoders gave me a private message and gave me a PayPal account to deposit $ 40 into his account. I paid the money and he asked me to open a request for a dispute and close the request to deliver my order,after 24 hours i closed the dispute to receive my order as he promised. But after I closed the dispute, he no longer replied to my messages, and he did nothing and did not refund my money back.
Please help me to get my money refunded or I may get trustless.
