User created shops?

Hey Blackhatworld I've been lurking around these forums for a while and you all seem to know what your talking about! Such an awesome community!

My problem is that I want to create a store on my website that also lets users create their own stores and I take a commission from sales but I'm pretty sure this can be done with PayPal chained payments and maybe they could implement this store onto their website is there any scripts or plugins out there that could handle this? My website is ran on Wordpress

Try marketpress plugin for wordpress from wpmudev, its affordable but easy to maintain. Try to set it up as a wpmu plugin. You should able to create an ebay/etsy flavoured online shop.

With wordpress I think the only way you can do it is to give each user a subdomain and use separate installations of wordpress on each subdomain. Then, they can control their own stores that way. Sorry I don't know of a more elegant solution, but it should work.

No im affraid not. You could setup a global shopping cart with marketpress pro. Its mean, yeah you can create a multiple subdomain for each users, but you able to linked all of that user store within a single global shopping cart so only one payment gateway could be used for the transaction.
Try to browse their support forum so you will get it what i mean

hes right, also there are plugins to support your requirement
