Still you not understand, you cannot get "America", it's not country
To get traffic from individual countries in South America, you need individual SIMs
Or manipulate your SIM to be Argentinian or Brazilian

Using U.S. SIM cards will primarily target U.S. audiences, but depending on your ad settings, it may also reach nearby regions like Latin America. Adjust your targeting settings for specific countries like Argentina.

If your content is in English, it's less likely to reach spanish or portuguese speaking countries with a US SIM

All of the Americas? Or just specifically USA or only certain parts of America? Depending on the actual country, you should be able to add a bit more percision to your audience targeting. Geolocations are at least country accurate.. well for most parts.
