USA Paypal to the UK

Hey,

Been stalking for a while and I have a query:

So I made a Paypal in the US which got banned (that's fine, I can deal with that). Waited the 180 days and can now withdraw the money, but here in the UK we don't have routing numbers and (valid) account numbers.

Any idea how I can transfer the money out to a UK account? I tried Payoneer and Transferwise (multiple times now) and they just banned the account when verification code comes through.

Very annoying, anyone have any thoughts?

btc can exchange in many payments system.

Account is banned, can't pay for anything on it. Only withdraw.

Just as an update, I just got someone in US to withdraw for me. Seems no other way.
