USA number Required to receive Paypal Message

Hi ! First Thread with a Request from Community

Mine Paypal did not letting me shop online and asking for SMS verification. (am not from USA, used Payoneer method)
I need a friend from USA who can manage a phone number for me to receive SMS.
I have tried all solutions provided by fellow black hatters (voip/pinger etc) but nothing seems to work
because they now require address to be matched with number
I can change both address and location yet
I will be happy if anyone can help me
