i want to open a usa bank account in a fake name and i am not a resident of usa
can somebody help me how

Legally your only way is to ask some nominee service to open it for you. Super expensive, online bank would cost you 4-5K+.

Illegally you know how.

If you're looking to open a bank account in the USA, you will typically need to provide valid identification and proof of residency or citizenship. If you want a fully verified account feel free to ask.

How to have a US bank account? Im in Morocco !
and needs a US bank account to :
- receive paiment (wire transfert)
- use the Card to Pay Google Ads
- and withrout to Paypal
 
Legally you need to use a nominee service or open a LLC in the USA. Any other method is very illegal and would strongly recommend finding other ways of making money that don't harm or cause setbacks.
 
They will ask for documentation, address and they will verify everything, so providing fake information won't help.

It's not that hard—actually, nowhere in the world—but it's not legal because you fake KYC, obviously.
There are multiple security steps to consider; otherwise, if you have bigger transactions, they will freeze you and/or identity you at some point.

You do NOT need fake details to create legitimate virtual USA bank accounts. There are lots of platforms where you can open a valid USA virtual bank account without any issues!

How can you recommend that?

A "virtual credit card" (in that specific case), is more often a debit card (virtual) linked to a current account, therefore you NEED to do KYC.
