Legally your only way is to ask some nominee service to open it for you. Super expensive, online bank would cost you 4-5K+.

It's not that hard—actually, nowhere in the world—but it's not legal because you fake KYC, obviously.
There are multiple security steps to consider; otherwise, if you have bigger transactions, they will freeze you and/or identity you at some point.
