US private proxies fast enough for multiple HD video streaming?

I've tried many vendors with mixed success at best, but I'm looking for proxies that fit the following:

1 As many distributed US cities as possible for geo (my vps are also in US)

2 Fully private (Can't test as OK, then someone else causes Google issue, etc)

3 Either password or vendor allows large IP auth list

4 Very fast throughput. Like multiple videos streaming simultaneously fast

5 Issue free for Google, Microsoft, Amazon

6 Indexed by Google in their proper city (G doesn't geo-loc them outside US, etc)


Any services meet all these criteria?

There really does seem to be a tremendous difference in the data throughput some of the proxies I've tried can handle, so I can't be the only one looking for consistently faster ones. I see that some advertise backbone connections or whatever, but my real world tests do not always show them to be better.

Anyone?
