[URGENT] unable to access my IG account

Try requesting password (forgot password) through opera with built in VPN app on android device. This was reported to fix the situation on other forums.
 
VPN used: SuperVPN
Browser: Opera
Android version: Andoid Pie

Used the method said by @driulis, still the problem persists :(
