URGENT: Need Rewriter for Short Report!

Hello,

I am looking for someone to rewrite a short report for me. Around 2467 words.

This report is related to SEO. It is important the the rewriter does know some SEO terminology so as not to rewrite a word that shouldn't have been rewritten.

Basically he/she needs to be familiar with basic website seo stuff and knows the terminology, so that the end result makes sense.

Another requirement is: VERY GOOD English. I don't want common second language mistakes or grammar errors.
