If you export a full backup, you can recover it later. Search wordpress repair, wordpress reinstall, stuff like that. There's likely a video showing the procedure. Or hire someone to do it.

So WP rules were missing?
To be honest happened to me several times, especially when I update WP or some plugins for some shady reasons the .htacess been rewrited with no WP rules.

I feel you are taking shots in the dark
Without server logs, this is extremely complex to debug. Although I'm not sure how you can extract logs from CPANEL According to CPANEL logs you could find them here
To extract logs, what you need to do is:
1. Know your IP. In the left you will see your IP and others IP if you are receiving visits to your page other than you. Just copy the logs from your IP
2. You must pick logs straightly after you have accessed the plugin page where you find the 403. At least to see which is the URL that is causing such 403. You must be aware, that it can range on a variety of issues, from an elementary misconfiguration, but maybe you have been hacked and you have most of your WP installation corrupt.

Tnx man, Ive just found my website not linking URLs to posts contentguys is litespeed server maybe try to change php version or also reset permalinks - go to settings, and select permalinks and click save
