Choice Merchant Solutions - we do international and domestic High Risk MID's
I have been in the high risk business for 10ys - 203 885 0245 Mike
So HighRisk Mike, what website or firm do you represent?

I am looking at using Vspay myself but I have heard mixed reviews. I do believe they offer merchant accounts but they allow pharm as far as I know. I welcome any input on this processor from anyone with experience. hth
Did you have any luck with GSpay? I'm looking at them too... We have been having issues with obtaining CC processors, having siad that the CC processoers are not the issue it's the merchant banks.. I guess another option might be to swap out your grey area products and get you site approved by a a CC processor. Has anyone tried that ?[/QUOTE]

I don't think that this would work in the long term as the PSP will check the website after the MID have been approved. The usual timescale for this is 60 days. Once they see that you are selling "prohibited" goods on the site the PSP will pull the MID immediately and freeze all funds. If you are on a monthly payment cycle that could be allot of money.

The only solution is an aggregation model when it comes to pharma in my experience or finding a regular PSP to process the card transactions - although this will only work if your drugs are legal, you have a licence to sell these, and you have a CTR ( Chargeback Transaction Ratio ) of well below 1 per cent.

Also it is not really the PSP nor the card acquires that have issues, it is the card schemes ( V and MC ) Basically it is their sandpit and everyone up and down the sales funnel are shit scared of them - fines pulling licences that cost 500K to get on the scheme as a provider etc etc

Hi Rough Driver, cheers for the advise. I really appreciate it. Sounds like V and MC have everyone by the balls. Do they and maybe the banks have a database of URLs etc that they blacklist or is it a case of banning a website once the banks review it ?

Since the last 10 even 12 years MC was only allowed for Pharmacy processing and after all this is even not possible any longer without license or other documents that are required which most are unable ot provide because of the products sold. To find an agregated account will jelp you on short term but sooner or later your fonds will be frozen because of chargebacks.

You can find accounts that will live for maybe 1 - 3 months and then be shurt down. For most Pharmacy business it's fine while they are able to get million into their accounts within this timeframe.

There is no legit way to do payment processing. And there is a large number of SCAM processors out there that have specialized in Feezing Pharma accounts to get a share of the cake!

Good luck.

Have you tried WePay yet? I've heard they are more relax than Paypal or other merchants.

I'm not working for WePay by the way.

Hello,

I have website which is considered as high risk and it looks like not very legal, so many of payment processors dont accept it. I was working with 2checkout for 3 months very successfully, but I got banned, because of high chargeback ratio, so I need now new payment processor which can accept credit card payments. I have filled so many application forms, but I get answer NO NO NO... Now I am working with payza, but it is not good for me, buyers dont like it and dont buy, maybe because they accept visa cards only. HELP ME TO FIND PAYMENT PROCESSOR WHICH WILL ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AND ACCEPT MY BUSINESS.

I can help you sir. I have been doing business consulting for years including merchant accounts. my company is Truby Consulting Services in AZ
