URGENT: Bot developer

I am looking for a bot developer to automate a multiform form submission process. Must be undetectable as a normal browser
Technical specification:

- Use proxies
- Use Captcha
- Receive and use SMS code as part of the form process
- Use entries from a database table.
- Run 1 thread for each database role until success, update database row as successful and stop running with information in that row

I have have tried with BAS with little success, it's still my preference but I am open to other ideas.
If you can do this let's me know your rate and time frame.
