Upwork account was banned what to do next?

Hi!

I joined here because I want to buy an upwork account.
I saw that this forum can help me with that.

I used to post different jobs, but unfortunately I was banned.

Is there a way I can buy an account where I can post jobs and pay for them?

I am based in Germany and my card is linked to my real name and Germany.
