Upwork Account Suspended

I just started freelancing on Upwork. But my account suspended without any reason and I couldn't get reply from their service. Anyone help?
I found the ways myself as following
- Create another account again (try, try)
- Lend someone's account which works fine without any suspension.

Why they suspended you OP ?

I have used to work on upwork , I got suspended one time due to outside payment !

I just created a new account with a clean browser and a clean IP

it always happens when u break there terms to contact there customer care support

Were you using legit details for payments? Did you try contacting clients outside the platform?
 
You can trying contacting their support service if not too serious issue they will reinstate the account. my account was suspended in August and I got it reinstated

Upwork is not very freelancer friendly, specially if you have a new account or has some skillsets which are very common like customer service or SEO. best thing would be create a new account. Use a different IP and Email to create the new account. Take upwork's readiness test( not sure if it is still there as they have stopped showing these test results on the profile page, but if it is still available do take it).

Also, do not bid blindly if the account is new and always bid to the related job postings.
 
Bidding too much - utilizing all the credits and not getting the project is also making them to suspend the account more often !
 
My experience with UpWork is very good. [Just to let people who.... upwork is a combined site (merged) of Odesk and Elance. They were top freelance portals and they both combined under the name UpWork]

In my opinion.... it just can't happen that you got suspected WITHOUT any reason. There must be some fishy thing.

Make a new account, read the guidelines for the seller, and then start fresh with your all honestly. Some clients don't like it when you contact them outside UpWork and they report it to upwork that might lead to account suspension. So, the policy should be... develop your profile there at UpWork itself, have star ratings and use it as your portfolio.

How do upwork detect outside payments
 
You must have violated any rule..try to contact customer service and if they don't restore try making a new account
 
Does it work? Like how to get a clean IP? Sorry to ask randomly. Is it possible to log in Upwork with new IP with the same location when your old account was suspended?or do we have to migrate somewhere?
