Uploading pre-made Instagram Reels

Hello everyone. I was wondering how I can upload my previously prepared reels on Instagram. I'm busy with my personal life on a daily basis (work, family, hobbies etc.), so I'm looking for a method to upload previously prepared photos and videos at specific times of day. I want to prepare all of content and then set up date and time for upload. Any recommended methods or websites?

you can schedule content in the app.
 
youtube has a scheduling option when you're posting the video. Just use that, no reason to go for anything else
 
Instagram allows you to schedule posts within the app. If you have an agency and you plan on doing this across 500+ accounts, then an API software can help you facilitate those actions.
 
Hey that's a cool question! So you wanna schedule Instagram Reels huh? Yeah life gets hectic I totally get it. I think the easiest way is probably Meta Business Suite. It's a free tool from Facebook and it lets you schedule posts and Reels directly to Instagram. Just link your accounts and you're good to go. Some third-party apps can do it too but honestly Meta's own thing is usually the most reliable. Hope that helps you out! Good luck with your Reels!

As mentioned, if your are posting to just Instagram (or Facebook), you can use Meta's own scheduling tool. It is called Planner and you can find it in the Meta Business Suite. Otherwise, I would look at social media management tools like Buffer or Later.
 
Damn! I didn't know about Meta Business Suite. I'm doing all my work on PC, and I really don't want to upload all previously prepared photo/video reels to my smartphone. From my quick research, it should be enough, at least for now. Thanks for help.
 
Have you considered trying a VA or a Service? Thats the best option out there.

You could use some tool from the marketplace here for that.

I do it using two methods:


One is directly in the Instagram app using the "Schedule" option you can prepare your Reels and set them to publish automatically at a specific date and time.


The other method is using Meta Business Suite. For this, you need to have a professional account. Once inside, go to the Planner or Calendar, and there you can upload your Reels and choose the exact date and time for publication.
