Uploading from desktop Android Emulators destroys my IG reels. Help!

I'm from Serbia, I have a laptop set up in the USA that I'm uploading from via screen sharing but whenever I upload from Android emulators my reels get destroyed. Bluestacks cuts the length of the video by about 1.5s and Memu lowers the overall frame rate so the reels are barely watchable.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it? Thanks.

I fixed it, problem was that I was rendering my vids in 60fps, switched to 30fps and problem fixed

Hi, may I ask. How do you setup to run Reels in the USA from Serbia? Does IG distribute your videos to correctly USA users?

I'm from Vietnam and also want to run Reels targeting USA users. But my videos are distributed to Vietnamese. Please help, thanks
